Frequently asked questions about aloe ferox

We welcome the return of products purchased on our website within 30 days of receipt. Please email us on info@aloemastercare.com

Refunds are issued on the card used to place the initial order. The funds will reflect within 10-15 working days (Mon-Fri) in accordance with SA banking procedures. This depends on the card type and your bank.

Standard delivery costs R75 but shipping is free if you order basket is R750 and higher. Parcels are delivered between 4-6 working days. All deliveries take place during normal working hours from Monday – Friday.

All information provided is strictly confidential. It will be used exclusively by internal departments at AMC for the sole purpose of making a delivery or serving you better and will never be passed on to third parties. In accordance with the French law “Informatique et Libertés” n° 78-17 as of January 6, 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose and delete data that concerns you by contacting Clarins. To do this, please contact us by filling in our contact form.

AMC accepts returns on orders within 30 days of the date of initial dispatch. Customers are allowed to return their order(s) free of charge. Contact the customer service team via the contact form and they will arrange for a collection to take place. Once confirmation is received that your parcel is at our warehouse, a refund will be issued and the funds will be reversed in your bank account within 5-7 working days.


If an item is delivered damaged to you, you can request either a full refund or a product exchange through the customer service team.

The exchange of products are allowed provided that the items are off the same price value. To exchange products purchased, contact the customer service team via email, phone call or contact form and they will facilitate this for you.

 

We deliver worldwide 🌐
All orders placed on our website can be delivered anywhere in South Africa as well as worldwide. AMC does not deliver to PO Box addresses. 

All deliveries are made by Fedex for international deliveries and Churchills for local (south Africa) deliveries – your delivery will be fully tracked with updates by email and SMS (if you provide a mobile number) throughout the dispatch and delivery of your order. AMC does not deliver to PO Box addresses.

Your order will be dispatched after your payment reservation has been approved and/or any other necessary verification has been completed. Once your order has been packed by our warehouse and is ready to ship, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email, alongside your tracking number and these delivery details that can be entered on the

On the morning of your delivery, the courier will contact you to advise your estimated delivery window alongside the name of your driver. A signature will be required upon receipt; if no one is available to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be returned to AMC South Africa Head Office and a customer service representative will get in touch with you to re-arrange delivery. info@aloemastercare.com

We do not offer overnight delivery.

Once your order has been validated, it is not possible to modify certain contents as we normally dispatch orders within 1- 2 days.
If you want to change your delivery address, you may be in contact with the customer service team to make the ammendments for you.
If you ordered an incorrect product or forgot to enter a promotional/loyalty code, we advise that you place a new order and return the wrong order back to us. 
If you ordered an incorrect product and you would like to swap it for a different one, this can be arranged through the customer service team provided the items are off the same price value.

Orders can be cancelled by contacting the customer service team immediately, they will then arrange for the parcel to be collected and a refund will be processed within 10-14 working days.

Our Aloe Ferox is sustainably harvested in Albertinia, located in the Western Cape region of South Africa. Local communities use ancient, traditional methods to harvest the plant, creating jobs and a sustainable future for both the community and the environment. The harvesting process is carefully supervised to ensure the preservation of the plant in its natural habitat.

Aloe Ferox grows wild without pesticides or chemicals.

While we are confident it is all natural, as a non-farmed plant, certification is not available.

Aloe Master Care products have a mild fragrance

and are therefore ideal for sensitive skin.

All our products are paraben free and alcohol free.

Yes our products are cruelty free. No testing on animals. Our Aloe Ferox is harvested in Albertinia in the Western Cape region of South Africa.

All harvesting is done under supervision to ensure the plant is preserved in its natural habitat.

We carry a large stock holding in our warehouse which we are constantly restocking.

However it is possible that you will order a product that we are out of stock of.

If this happens we will contact you within one working day to notify you and to give you the option of receiving a refund, or choosing a similar product.

Anyone at the delivery address can accept the delivery.

In order for us to prove that delivery of an order has been completed, we do not have to prove that you personally received the goods, but rather that any person at the delivery address signed for the delivery.
